Little Goofy' (Stan) and 'Big goofy' (Ollie) are shaven-headed convicts eager to escape. When tunnelling fails, they pose as visiting painters and walk out of the gates. In borrowed civilian clothes, they are taken for VIPs - visiting their own prison!
