When Ollie brings Stan home for dinner, Mrs Hardy walks out in protest. Their attempts to cook bring the assistance of attractive neighbour Mrs. Kennedy, whose dress is accidentally burned. Wearing a tablecloth, she tries to return home to change - just as Mr. Kennedy and Mrs Hardy arrive home!
